How to Go From Doubt to Belief to Manifestation

Do you ever wonder if maybe you need to think positively 100% of the time in order to manifest your dreams?

Fortunately, the idea that we can’t have negative thoughts and still manifest what we want is a myth.

Yes, it’s true that in order to attract something new and amazing into our reality, we do need to think positively about it.

But, many conscious creators take this too far and believe that they must only think positive thoughts about what they want in order to create it.

Here’s the problem with pushing against our negative thinking.

The idea that we should be able to be 100% positive all the time is totally unrealistic.

Putting that kind of pressure on ourselves can cause more harm than good because it easily leads to beating up on ourselves when we can’t live up to this crazy standard.

It adds more resistance to an already negative mental situation.

Not only are we doubting our dreams, but we're also feeling bad about the doubt.

Not fun.

But, as mentioned just a moment ago, the idea that we have to be perfect with our thinking is a myth.

We actually only need to think positively about what we want just slightly more than half of the time.

That’s enough to get the manifesting energy moving in the right direction.

Manifesting is a process.

There’s no need to try to force ourselves to go from serious doubt to total belief in an instant.

First of all, doubt and belief are very different vibrations.

It’s unlikely that if our habit has been to doubt our dream that we’d even be able to instantly drop this “negative thinking” habit.

The easiest way to make the journey from doubt to belief to manifestation is not to try to vibrationally-quantum-leap your way from doubt to belief in an instant but to instead to allow it to be more of a process.

If it feels too hard to believe that you can have what you want…

If your dream feels unlikely, unrealistic or “too big”...

If it feels like you’re trying to pretend to believe in it, but, if you’re honest with yourself you’re not really feeling it and all those positive affirmations just feel like a lie…

Let yourself off the hook.

Release the tension of trying to get yourself to believe and instead reach for hopefulness instead.

The easiest way to go from doubt to belief to manifestation is to first reach for hope.

Just practice hoping that what you want most will manifest slightly more often than you doubt it.

This is enough to tip the balance of your energy into alignment to manifest positive responses back from the Law of Attraction.

You don’t have to be perfect with your thinking.

You don’t have to think positively all the time.

Lightly hopeful thoughts are enough to begin attracting new things to you.

When you shift from doubt to hope ...

… you begin manifesting signs that match that hopeful vibration.

If you know what to look for, you’ll begin to see all kinds of subtle things popping up around you that help you to reinforce a feeling of hope instead of a feeling of doubt.

For example:

  • You might read about someone else who was in a similar position to where you are now who is now living what you dream about.

  • You might receive a new inspired idea from your intuition about how your dream could come true.

  • Someone new might show up in your reality saying just the right thing that helps you start seeing your dream as truly possible.

  • You might find yourself feeling inspired to take new action that brings further clarity about your dream or new evidence that it’s on the way to you.

  • Something positive related to your dream might happen that shows why you truly do have reason to believe the dream is possible.

If you continue to keep leaning in the direction of hope, and recognizing the evidence that the law of attraction brings you in response, you’ll gradually move away from doubting and hoping into truly believing.

If you just allow this positive momentum to build, it’s going to automatically get easier and easier to think positively.

You won’t have to put pressure on yourself to do this, it will just naturally become your habit.

And, in a similar way, because of your vibrational shift from doubt to hope to belief, what you dream about will also naturally and easily manifest right into your reality.
