The Missing Piece of My Manifesting Practice

“I think all that pumping my arms into the air yesterday made me kind of sore,” I said to Nick while taking a seat beside him on the living room couch.

“That’s good, you’re using some new muscles,” he replied as he leaned over the laptop resting on the coffee table in front of us and entered the zoom room password that would connect us to the day’s virtual event.

Nick’s right, I thought to myself. I don’t think I’ve ever celebrated so enthusiastically for so long.

It was only day two of the “2022 Breakthrough Challenge” but I could already tell that this was exactly what I needed right now.

I had several new insights and ahas during each of the 3-4 hour sessions of the six-day event.

But one of my best epiphanies was the realization that something had been missing from my manifesting practice…

My body!

After six days of frequent dancing, jumping, arm pumping, high-fiving Nick and our new virtual friends, and following Tony Robbins’ request to “make a sound that unleashes you”...

I was transformed.

It felt like a new level of Adrianne had finally been unlocked.

Yes, part of it was the inspiration. (I had to go purchase a new box of extra soft tissues because crying at all of the emotionally-triggering, uplifting stories was irritating my nose).

But beyond just learning new concepts and taking pages and pages of notes, giving my “celebration muscles” a vigorous daily workout seemed to be the missing ingredient that made this the most transformational event that I’d attended in quite some time.

It definitely makes me wonder…

Is Our Body the Key to Our Most Effective Manifesting Practice?

One thing that I’ve noticed about conscious reality creation is that getting into what I’d call a “very high-energy state”- one where I feel total clarity and very strong positive emotion - provides a serious manifesting boost.

As described here, I consider a state like this to be the “secret” for fast, sometimes even instant, results.

Typically I get to this high-energy state through mental focus - journaling, visualizing, and imagining my desired outcome until it creates a very strong, emotional, energetic response within me.

But now I’m realizing that perhaps a better approach is to not just use my mind but to also consciously engage my body.

After all, when we’re in a very high-energy state, what do we tend to do?

When we’re celebrating something exciting, how do we tend to physically express that feeling?

We might jump up and down, wave our hands in the air, dance, make noise, and let ourselves fully “unleash” as Tony Robbins would say.

Therefore, it stands to reason that doing those types of high-energy movements combined with mental focus could be an even easier, more effective way to create that happy, empowered, high-energy, and pretty unstoppable magic-making-state.

The signs do seem to point in that direction for me after six days of giving my “celebration muscles” a good workout.

My New One-Minute Manifesting Technique

Instead of describing the new 68-second, body-focused manifesting technique that I’ve started to incorporate into my daily routine, I thought it’d be more fun to walk you through this in the video below.

Did you give the exercise a try?

If so, I’d love to hear about it. Share one thing in the comments below that you experienced, discovered, or an insight that you had while doing this simple one-minute practice.

Love and Magic,

Adrianne
