5 Thoughts that Help It Manifest

It was a hot day in mid August 2021 when Nick and I were wondering around the ‘ton (my Bridgerton-esque nickname for Beaverton, the city where we live) looking at apartments, townhouses, and condos.

We needed to find a new home but none of these places felt very inspiring.

And the hot sunny weather made all of the driving and walking around feel less like a fun outing and more like a TASK. 😅

By the end of the afternoon, we felt no closer to finding our great new place to live than when we started.

It was pretty discouraging.

But luckily, this not-very-fun experience did inspire me back into using my creative power.

“Hey,” I thought to myself, “why am I trying to use action and effort to create instead of alignment?”

Even though I’ve been a huge manifesting geek for over 15 years, sometimes I still get tempted to do things the hard way.

After this realization, however, I decided that from now on we should just chill, trust, find alignment, and wait for inspiration.

No more joylessly traversing the 'ton for me!

About a week later, I got the urge to browse Zillow. At the top of the page was a newly listed townhouse that struck a chord.

I asked Nick to reach out to the owner and it just so happened that his wife and Nick both work at Nike HQ.

So right off the bat, we had a bit of an “in.”

Nick and I jumped on the opportunity to go see the place that afternoon and immediately afterwards turned in our rental applications. Later that same evening, we heard back that we’d been selected.

Alignment FTW 😉

This townhouse met all the key requirements from my intentions list (quiet, close to nature, modern, plenty of bedrooms so we could each have an office, $2K per month or less to rent) plus a few other things I hadn’t even thought of asking for (convenient location for grocery shopping, close to a light rail stop, awesome park down the street).

So why am I sharing this story?

Because I know I’m not alone in sometimes being tempted to try to make things happen using hard-feeling, ineffective action and effort.

That’s why one of the thoughts I share in today’s YouTube video on “5 Thoughts That Help It Manifest” is “This can be comfortable and easy.”

It’s important to keep reminding ourselves that there are many paths to the same outcome. And, if we like, we can choose the comfortable, easy, fun, best-feeling path.

5 Thoughts That Help It Manifest

Today, I’m excited to share with you five thoughts that have been instrumental in speeding up the manifestation process for me, making it both quicker and more enjoyable.

Manifesting what we want essentially boils down to shifting from doubt to certainty, and these five thoughts will be your guide on that transformative journey. Let's get started!

Thought #1: If It Sounds Good to Me It’s Meant to Be

This simple mantra, to me, feels like the starting point, urging us to trust our true heart's desires.

In the world of manifestation, I've learned that there's no external judgment on what I want – I'm free to desire whatever truly resonates with my heart.

It's a reminder that achieving clarity about my desires is, in itself, a manifestation. It signals that what I long for is ready to take form, emerging from my Vortex. So, having a clear desire isn't just a wish; it's a sign that it's not only meant to be but also prepared to be created.

Thought #2: No One Else Needs to Get It For Me to Create It

I've often found it tempting to believe that I need the agreement, understanding, or support of others to manifest what I desire.

Personally, I've faced challenges, especially in areas like explaining my business or clarifying my role as a manifesting coach and psychic. Over the years, I've learned not to feel the need to explain myself to those who may not be ready to understand or accept it. It's a key understanding for me – realizing that I don't need external validation.

In manifesting, it's crucial to remember that what shapes our reality is our own vibration and thoughts. Other people don't hold the power to create in our experience unless we let their thoughts influence our own vibration.

So, whether or not others get it, understand it, or agree with it, it doesn't matter.

The key lies in us getting it, believing in it, understanding it, and aligning with it. Once we do, it will be revealed, and others will likely come on board eventually.

Thought #3: This Can Be Comfortable and Easy

It's all too common to fall into the belief that achieving our desires must be challenging, difficult, or uncomfortable. This misconception can hinder us from wholeheartedly aligning with our goals.

A vivid experience that highlights this principle for me is when my boyfriend Nick and I were manifesting the townhouse where I currently live. Initially, we felt the societal pressure to actively search for a place, engage in exhaustive research, and take on the challenges of finding a new home.

However, after a day of this leg work, it became evident that it felt hard, challenging, and, frankly, not enjoyable. It was discouraging to explore various places that didn't quite fit our vision. Reflecting on this experience, I returned to the understanding that I can create what I want in a comfortable, good-feeling, and easy way. So, we shifted our focus to alignment, trust, and following inspiration.

One day, inspired to browse Zillow, I stumbled upon a listing that caught my attention. Acting on that inspiration, we reached out, and, coincidentally, we were able to see the place the same day. Moreover, the person leasing the place had a connection with us through the workplace. This natural connection seemed to work in our favor, and everything fell into place effortlessly. The townhouse not only matched my intentions but also offered unexpected perks, like proximity to grocery stores, the light rail train, and a nearby park for a closer connection to nature.

This experience became another powerful example for me of the manifestation's ease when we let go of the belief that it has to be hard or challenging. When we embrace the idea that it can be comfortable, easy, and even fun, we open ourselves up to greater alignment. After all, enthusiasm tends to wane when we anticipate challenges. So, let's revel in the realization that manifesting what we want can indeed be a comfortable, easy, and enjoyable process.

Thought #4: Others Did It And So Can I

This one is about finding solace in the realization that whatever you’re aiming to manifest right now, chances are someone else has already successfully brought it into their reality. They discovered a way to align with their desire and make it a tangible part of their life. In fact, it's likely that numerous people have achieved the very thing you’re aspiring to.

This notion serves as a powerful reminder for me to leverage the success stories that abound. Most of what I desire has already been accomplished by others, serving as proof that it is indeed possible. Whether it's in my personal or professional life, recognizing that others have achieved similar goals propels me forward with confidence and determination. So, whenever doubt creeps in, I simply remind myself that others did it – they found a way, and so can I.

This mindset shift has been a source of inspiration, helping me overcome challenges and believe in the attainability of my dreams. It's a simple yet potent thought that echoes the truth: if others have paved the way, there's no reason why I can't follow suit.

Thought #5: I Can Feel Amazing Right Now

Embracing this thought and its promise has, in my experience, been a catalyst for swift manifestations. While I shouldn’t make bold guarantees, the sheer number of times I’ve witnessed this approach work gives me confidence in its transformative power.

As we’re all aware, the core reason behind our desires is the anticipation of the positive emotions they will bring. This thought encourages us to realize that we don’t need the actual manifestation to feel amazing; we can experience that joy and fulfillment right now. By doing so, we not only cultivate an immediate sense of well-being but also close the energetic gap, paving the way for our desires to manifest effortlessly.

Admittedly, it can be a bit challenging to consistently maintain this mindset, but the awareness that feeling amazing is our birthright, regardless of external circumstances, is a powerful focal point. It shifts our focus from the external to the internal, making us less attached to the outcome and ironically making the manifestation process smoother, more natural, and often quicker.
